❄️🐴 Who says you need an indoor arena to survive winter riding?
After 37 years in the horse industry, I’ve managed facilities with and without indoor arenas. Honestly, both have their pros and cons, but riding through the winter without an indoor isn’t nearly as scary as people make it out to be. We ride year-round here, and sometimes it can be even more fun!
Let’s be real — indoor arenas can feel like giant, freezing tin can in the dead of winter. ...and that sudden roar of snow and ice sliding off the roof, eek! Guaranteed to get even the calmest horse’s attention! 😂
Give me a sunny winter day outdoors, fresh air, and the beauty of untouched snow. Sometimes, being outside is the best part! ☀️❄️
