Destination Fitness is excited to start our Youth Speed, Strength, and Agility Summer Season, kicking off Monday, June 8th! Here are the details you've been waiting for:

♦️Summer Season runs June 8th - August 28th
♦️In addition to gym access from 5am-10pm every day, enrolees can optionally attend a Personal Trainer Instructed/Supervised session held 8am-9am or 1pm-2pm Monday thru Friday for the duration of the season
♦️TWO different programs to choose from: A muscle-building "PPL (Push, Pull, Lower)" program intended to teach the value of tracking progress for athletes who are serious about stengthening lean muscle OR a Total Body Regimen that will work on all aspects of fitness, designed to give a variety of exercises that change weekly
♦️NOW ACCEPTING 7th and 8th grade members for limited spots to try the program in a toned down version of our Total Body Regimen!
♦️Access to our onsite Nutritionist to answer questions about ensuring the athlete is fueling for performance and recovery
