DF Fam - Let's give it up for LILY, one of our Youth Athletes that successfully completed our Summer Speed, Strength, and Agility Program!! Lily showed up each week and worked incredibly hard, asking questions and applying feedback in order to get stronger and faster. Here's what she had to say:

"I really liked the whole summer program. My favorite part was that the workouts were made for me and started a little easier for me to get used to but then got harder each week!"

We are proud of ALL our youth athletes that participated in our program, but special shoutout to Lily today!!! Show her some love!! 💪😎
