Congratulations to the 2026 Of The Year Award winners! Winners were announced at the annual forum last weekend.

Annually, NYSSA recognizes and honors outstanding individuals and organizations that improve snowmobiling in New York State.
The NYSSA Annual Awards Program was developed to recognize those individuals and organizations that go the extra mile, year in and year out, to promote and to make snowmobiling better and safer throughout New York State.

What a weekend at the annual New York State Snowmobile Association Forum! Highlights included Levi LaVallee’s inspirational speech/meet & greet, great classes and some motions being carried that will benefit NYSSA and our sport.

Those weren’t the only highlights…..

We are so proud to announce that our own Brodie Bennett was selected as the 2026 NYSSA Youth Snowmobiler of the Year! He works hard on trails/equipment all year long and advocates for our sport as a great youth leader for snowmobiling. This weekend, he completed the Groomer Course as well, so we can’t wait to have him driving a groomer next season. The President of NYSSA, Roseanne Warner, had a long & encouraging conversation with Brodie after reading an impressive letter that he wrote to her for a school project. Brodie will also be receiving this year’s DVRR Scholarship at graduation. We can’t wait to see all that is in store for him in the years to come! Thank you for all you do, and congratulations, Brodie! ❄️
