The DCS Class of 2028 is excited to invite you to be part of an incredible event – the May Fest 5K! Celebrating all the vibrant and joyful moments May has to offer! From the blooming flowers to the fun-filled holidays, this event is inspired by the spirit of May. Whether it’s celebrating May Day, Mothers Day, honoring the Memorial Day weekend, or simply embracing the beauty of spring, this colorful event is all about coming together in a festive and vibrant atmosphere!

Mic or no Mic 🎤 😆. We are EXCITED to announce we raised over $2500 at this years Best Dam 5K Color Run/Walk 👏🏻👏🏻🤩. First we finish the outdoor Gagapit with flooring!

We were just two small town girls who decided to put our passion of wellness and fitness together and created the BD5K.

We started hosting “Couch to 5K” classes to get anyone and everyone who was up for the challenge. Planted the goal to give it a shot, give it their best dam effort, and complete the Best Dam 5K. We saw so many people succeed in their goals. A few have been with us this entire journey and we have seen them GROW so much.

We have gotten to watch them run MULTIPLE 5ks, do paddle portion of our race, branch out to 10ks, 1/2 marathons, and for some a few full marathons.
Bravo ladies!

It all started with a “planted idea/goal” and truly blossomed beyond our imagination ❤️.
