We are excited to announce that registration for our Fall 2026 Swim Lessons will open on Monday, July 27 at 8:00 a.m. Registration will open for group, private and semi-private lessons. There is no separate registration date for our private and semi-private lessons this season.
As we transition to a new Lesson Coordinator, Head Coach Ross Spangler and I will be overseeing the swim lesson program. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
We know many families have been asking about the pool heater. We're happy to share that the replacement heater is on its way! In the meantime, the pool has consistently been maintaining a temperature of approximately 80°F, and we are pleased with the progress.

Fall lessons
Lessons will begin on Saturday, September 12 and will run for eight consecutive Saturday mornings through October 31, 2026. Class times are posted on our website https://swimdover.weebly.com/
Before Registration Opens
Please review the class descriptions and level requirements on our website before registering your swimmer. Registering for the correct level helps ensure the best experience for everyone. Transfers for incorrect registration will incur a $10 transfer fee based on class availability. If the requested class is full, we will be unable to complete the transfer.
Please register carefully, as refunds and credits are not offered for registration errors. If we are unable to transfer your swimmer to the appropriate class due to a lack of availability, a refund may be considered at DAAC's discretion. Any approved refund will be issued less a $15 administrative fee to cover registration processing and the reserved class space.
Registration
There is no in-person registration. Registration will be done online through Active Network. If you do not already have an Active Network account, you will need to create one before registration opens. Once you log in, you will have the option to register swimmers from a previous lesson session and/or add new swimmers. Please carefully review ALL contact information, especially your email addresses during the registration process. It is best to add an email address for both parents.
Discounts
To receive the sibling discount, you must register all siblings during the same transaction. At the Review & Checkout page, click "Add Another Registration." Complete all registrations before checking out.
Dover Residents: Enter coupon code RESIDENT during checkout to receive the resident discount.
Dover Area School District Employees: Enter coupon code DASD during checkout to receive the employee discount.
Resident and DASD employee discounts are available only to eligible participants. DAAC reserves the right to verify eligibility. If an ineligible discount is used, the registration will not be considered complete, and the swimmer will not be permitted to participate until the remaining balance has been paid.
Only one discount may be applied per registration. Discounts do not apply to private or semi-private lessons.
Other registration information
*Each class maintains its own waitlist. If a spot becomes available due to a cancellation or the addition of instructors, the next swimmer on that class's waitlist will be offered the available spot.
*Price adjustments or refunds will not be issued for missed coupon codes, multiple discounts or ineligible discounts.
*No refunds or future credits will be issued for swim lessons.
*Your child's spot is not reserved until registration has been completed and payment has been successfully submitted through Active Network.
*Registration for fall lessons will close on August 31, 2026.
*Swim lesson questions sent through our page or the competitive team email account will not receive a response. All lesson questions should be directed to [email protected].
