We are so excited that the ladies of our community are interested in an 8 week self led structured workout program!
So we are going to start with the Women!
We are going to be starting the 8 weeks on July 5th (because honestly, who is going to want to work out the week of July 4th!!)
📅 2–3 workouts per week
⏱️ Flexible schedule — do them on your own time
💲 Cost: $30
👥 Open to both members and non-members
Non-members would just need to purchase a day pass per workout to participate.
👩⚕️ Program would be designed by a local Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who is also a CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist).
Workouts consist of PDF-based exercise plans intended for fitness center use. Access to these materials is limited to registered participants within the WFC.

I know what you might be thinking! I really wanted my teen to be able to do this also! (maybe you both come in at the same time if they are younger than 16?!? Family workout!!) On my interest form, I had a few teens interested, but not enough to be cost effective. My interest form is still open so if I get enough of a group(Teens, Men, Seniors), I can see about opening up a different version of the 8 week program!
