BIG Congratulations to Trevor Crutcher on placing 6th in the 3200M run and 10th in the 1600M run at State Finals today! You have represented DHS so well and we are proud of you!
Trevor would like to thank the Dieterich School Board and administration for allowing him to run track as an individual. We appreciate our Athletic Director, Mrs. Ohnesorge for always being willing to help us with scheduling meets and anything else that we might need. Thank you to Mr. Wholtman for always being so supportive with Trevor’s running ideas in both cross country and track.
Thank you to the Dieterich Community and all the local schools who have supported Trevor through his running career at DHS. Showing up to track meets as an individual is a lot different than being surrounded by a team. Fortunately, all the local schools have made us feel like we are one big team and we can’t thank them enough for their support! We also want to thank Kaden Einhorn and Coach Gail Einhorn for their support over the years. Trevor wouldn’t be where he is today without their guidance.
Best of luck to Trevor as he continues his running career at Lake Land College this fall!

He did it!!! Trevor qualified for the finals in the 1600M Run!! He will run that on Saturday around 3:30pm. He finished 2nd in his heat and 8th place overall! His time was a PB of 4:28.33! He better rest up tomorrow so he’s ready for the 3200 & the 1600 on Saturday!

Today’s agenda: 1600M prelims! There are 3 heats (12 individuals will advance). The winners of each heat plus the top 9 times of the combined heats will advance to the finals on Saturday. Trevor will be in the first heat and will be running around 3:00pm today. We wish him the best of luck and know he will do great! He has worked so hard to get where he is at. It’s State Finals Week!! Trevor will be competing in the 1600 M prelims (heat 1 of 3) on Thursday, May 28 around 3:15 pm. He will also be competing in the 3200M run (heat 3 of 3 finals) on Saturday, May 30 around 12:10pm. Trevor Crutcher competed at the Collinsville Invite today….. He got 3rd place in the 3200 M Run with a time of 9:40.02 and 9th place in the 1600 M Run with a time of 4:31:30! He got a PB in both events! Dieterich placed 25th out of 33 teams! Congratulations to Trevor and thank you to Collinsville High School for allowing him to compete at your event today!

Congratulations to Trevor Crutcher on placing 1st in the 3200 & 1600 M Runs tonight at the NTC Meet! Mason Niemerg also competed in the 400 M Run tonight and got 7th place. Dieterich placed 7th out of 9 teams!! Thank you Altamont High School for hosting this event! The winners of each event were invited to ring the bell! It was a fun meet!

The boys competed at the Ellis Invite this evening. Trevor got 1st in the 3200 with a time of 10:05 and 2nd in the 1600 with 4:45. Sylus got 11th in the 800 m run with a time of 2:22 and 10th in the 1600 with a 5:21. Thank you to Altamont High School for hosting this event!
