Moving pits and hurdles tomorrow at 1:00 tomorrow(Aug 5th) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Plus you can get a couple volunteer hours.

If you are interested, UND is hosting free summer pole vault sessions. Below are the dates.

July 8 - Vault Only
July 15 - Vault and Track Races
July 29 - Vault Only

We start at 6pm each night. People are welcome to show up early. We are competing on the outdoor track with an indoor facility available if we have bad weather. It is a great chance for people to vault during the summer.

Track Meet - July 15

On this date we are offering the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1600m and 4x100m. For field events we will offer the HJ and PV and potentially some throws. Let me know if any of your kids have interest. No cost.

Hello All

I hope your summer is off to a great start!

The track will be open on Tuesdays from 7 PM to about 8 PM for anyone who would like to work on hurdles, pole vault, high jump, or throws. If you'd rather just get in a workout, you're welcome to come and run on the track as well.

The most important thing is to stay active and keep doing something throughout the summer. Every little bit of work adds up and helps prepare you for future success.

Have a great summer, and I hope to see many of you at the track!
