Representing The Moy Tung Clan, we teach and practice the Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) Kung Fu system. Ving Tsun is a southern Chinese martial art known for its efficient and relaxed movement. We have an authentic kung fu lineage and a strong relationship with the rest of our kung fu family around the country. Our effective self-defense promotes a relaxed mind and body, a healthy life, and a peaceful spirit.

Get your kung fu training started with a 6-week introductory course! This course will lay a strong foundation in the basic drills and exercises of the Ving Tsun kung fu training system. You’ll learn practical self-defense techniques, and develop real striking power.

You’ll be practicing in a safe learning environment alongside other new students. Qualified instructors will guide you through the process, ensuring that your training produces results.
