Vitality Yoga Flow • Saturdays 8-9am with Heather Allen
Ignite your energy and reconnect to your strength in this dynamic, full-body experience.Vitality Flow is an energizing 60 minute class designed to blend the fluidity of vinyasa power yoga with the precision of barre, creating a class that both challenges and revitalizes you from start to finish. Vitality: the state of being strong and active; energy.
We begin by grounding—dropping into breath, setting intention, and building awareness—before gradually building heat and momentum. Expect creative, energizing sequences, strong standing flows, intentional balancing work to build focus and stability, targeted pulses, core work, and low-impact strength exercises designed to sculpt and support the whole body. This is where endurance meets control, and where your energy builds with every movement.
As the class winds down, we shift into a deeply restorative space. Through intentional stretching, stillness, and guided surrender, you’ll have time to integrate the work, regulate your nervous system, and leave feeling both strong and recharged.
