This certification is different than other pole trainings in that it focuses on static rotation and connecting movement together. You will learn lots of different moves and how to put them together in different ways — it’s not choreography!

​This clip is the dress rehearsal ending from a show I was in recently. For the live run, the choreography stayed very similar each show, but I always chose to leave the final sequence open to interpretation in the moment focusing merely on the concept of opening the body. 💙 It allowed me to stay fully present, letting the movement feel completely distinct and special every time I stepped onto the floor.
