Our instructors will guide you through a 45-minute cycling class that feels like a “dance party on a bike”. We incorporate different movements within each class, including push-ups, tap backs, side-to-sides, and four corners (and much more!) to isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups for a full body workout. A combination of the music, the lighting and the energy in the room create a positive, rewarding and HARD experience for each rider. We encourage each rider to do as much or as little as feels good to them — and remember, it takes a few classes to get the hang of it!

Maybe it’s the Alani. Maybe it’s just the fiercely passionate, unapologetically bold human she is. Either way, Liz brings a beautifully psychotic level of energy into every single room she enters.

She makes you want to headbang, pushes you further than you thought possible + finds those little moments of softness between all the chaos. Because underneath all that intensity is someone who genuinely cares about every single rider + wants you to feel just as seen as you are challenged.

7 years of showing up authentically, loudly + wholeheartedly herself. SHEEEESH, we just love Liz as much as Liz loves spin. 🖤

Día de los Mu***os at High Ride✨

Each of our studios will have an ofrenda where riders are invited to bring photos, trinkets or meaningful mementos to honor loved ones who have passed. We’ll also have beads + note cards available for anyone who would prefer to leave a small tribute in our remembrance vase.
