Our instructors will guide you through a 45-minute cycling class that feels like a “dance party on a bike”. We incorporate different movements within each class, including push-ups, tap backs, side-to-sides, and four corners (and much more!) to isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups for a full body workout. A combination of the music, the lighting and the energy in the room create a positiv

e, rewarding and HARD experience for each rider. We encourage each rider to do as much or as little as feels good to them — and remember, it takes a few classes to get the hang of it!

Martina’s classes are equal parts Taylor Swift, post-ride debrief with friends + pure chaos in the best way possible.

Long before she joined the instructor team two years ago, Martina was a rider in this community. She knows what it feels like to walk through our doors, find your people + make High Ride part of your life. That’s exactly why she has such a gift for helping others do the same.

For the last two years, she’s brought so much personality, connection + fun to the podium, creating a space where people feel seen, welcomed + included from the moment they walk in.

People may sign up for the workout, but they come back because of how she makes them feel.

1,500 classes of Will.

It’s hard to talk about 1,500 classes without talking about how much of High Ride has been shaped by Will.

He’s taught thousands of riders, helped develop countless instructors + has been part of this community through almost every chapter of our growth.

What makes Will special isn’t just what happens when he’s on the podium. It’s the way he gives people permission to be themselves—whether that’s an instructor finding their voice, a rider finding their confidence, or simply someone feeling a little more free when they walk out the door than when they walked in.

Thank you for everything you’ve brought to this community over the years—the theatrics, the outfit changes + everything in between.

1,500 classes. Not bad for someone who claims he doesn’t like commitment.

You would never know Victoria stepped onto the podium with no teaching experienc, just a willingness to do it scared + a belief that movement could help people feel more beautiful, confident + empowered in their own bodies.

Over the last year, she’s done exactly that.
