Training Grounds Trail Run

Welcome! Home of the Training Grounds Trail Run presented by the Northern Lancaster County Game & Fish Association.

11/05/2026

Good morning runners! Wanted to give you all a quick update on our 2027 plans!!
While we have absolutely LOVED offering a trail race like no others in the area, we regret to inform you that will not be happening next year. The dwindling participation levels are making us choose a different route. Our #1 goal has been to raise money for the Northern Lancaster County Fish & Game Association to help keep them going. Hosting a race with 30 participants will not do that. SO, for 2027 we are taking it to the road with a 5K! Basic? Yes. But our goal is to get people to the start line and bring in funds for the club.
We are still narrowing down a date and figuring out the details that come with hosting a road race but we hope you will still come out with your friends and family for a great event!
Keep an eye on this page for a date drop soon! 'Til then, get those training miles in because this won't be an easy 5K 😉

We would once again like to extend our gratitude to our two Gold level sponsors from the 2026 Training Grounds Trail Run this year. LCM Subaru and Kalas Manufacturing. Without your support our event would not be the success it is. T H A N K Y O U
