Check on your men. All of them.
Your father. Your brother. Your son. Your cousin. Your best friend. Your coworker. Gay or straight—it doesn't matter. Men's mental health matters.
Too often, the men who seem the strongest are carrying the heaviest burdens. Many suffer in silence because they've been taught to "man up," keep their feelings to themselves, or handle everything alone.
A simple text, phone call, or conversation can make a bigger difference than you realize. Sometimes, knowing that someone cares is enough to help a man keep going through a difficult day.
