Tipsy Tuesday 🚽
Cop a squat & have a seat!
Did You Know?
Hovering over a public toilet seat may seem cleaner, but it can actually make it harder for your bladder to empty completely. Ladies who complain about bladder control. You're not helping matters!!!
When you hover:
✅ Pelvic floor muscles stay tense
✅ Bladder muscles can't relax as well
✅ You may not empty your bladder completely
✅ Frequent hovering can contribute to bladder irritation over time
When you sit:
✅ Pelvic floor muscles relax
✅ Your bladder empties more efficiently
✅ Less straining is required
✅ Better overall bladder health
Bottom Line:
If you're comfortable using a public restroom, sitting fully on the seat is generally better for bladder function than hovering.
Tip: If cleanliness is a concern, use a seat cover or wipe the seat before sitting.
Question:
Are you a "hoverer" or a "sitter"? 👇
