MOTIVATION MONDAY MORNING π
WHAT about the PAST 5-10 years? or MORE!
You've been doing ALL the things:
βοΈ eating right
βοΈ working out
βοΈ drinking water
βοΈ hitting uour steps
But you're still not happy. You jump on that dang scale and it hasn't bugged (or has it...keep reading) Either way, you contemplate quitting π€

AT YOUR WORST did you document how you felt, what you looked like and do a multi point inspection like you are doing now? Seriously this is a question I would love you to comment on.
You ARE moving forward, promise! You just can't see how those 12 little things you couldn't do before have added up and you don't even remember you couldn't do them at one point. All you can see is your not where you expected to be. But is that really fair?
How do you know if you have more muscle and less fat. π€ ???

My GUIDANCE: Get an IN-BODY stat with me. I have a MEDICAL machine that will tell us your water, muscle and body fat. Now this first test is simply a "set-point" documenting where you are. I'll ask you to answer a bunch of simple questions. Think of it as a 12-point inspection you would put your car thru. I will offer you some suggestions moving forward. After 2-3 months we RETEST
What we are looking for is how the 3 numbers changed. Not just the number on the scale.
