Real training sessions are boring.

Once you get beyond the ‘cool influencer workouts’ you’ll find that actual coaches’ training is comparatively dull.

Why?

Because the real coach has spent years learning what works - what is fundamental - and has discarded what is fluff.

Optimizing training time means knowing both the goal and the means to get there, with very low risk of injury requiring time away from training.

Keep it simple, my friends.
