To understand this event, you have to understand the people behind it. Pro surfers will get the credit but it’s the sales reps that built the surf industry. one mile at a time.

Reps help family owned surf shops get a seat at the table, and carve space for us amongst the majors.

The reps you’ll meet this Saturday (May 16th) have been building the south Florida surf scene for over 30 years. Some of them (Quiksilver, Roxy, Salty Crew,Stance, Brixton) actually started their careers working right here on the shop floor at IWS

So when you're navigating the sale, remember these 5 things,

1. It’s not "old stock": These are sales samples—the exact pieces used to show shops next season’s lines. You’re seeing the gear before it even hits the general public.

3. Most reps purchase and store up to 400+ items per season out of their own pockets, just to do their jobs. This sale helps them recoup those personal costs.

3. Reps usually sell to shops, not people. We provide a neutral ground so they don’t have to sling gear out of a storage unit or their garage.

4. When you shop this sale, you’re supporting the individuals who have spent decades nurturing Florida’s surf community.

5. The love of the game: In exchange for the space, these reps donate a portion of their sales to our surf camp scholarships. Every deal you get helps us send a local kid to surf camp.

Now you know it's bigger than $10 bikinis and $15 boardshorts. It's about Supporting locals supporting locals, sending kids to surf camp, and connecting with the original core lords
