⚠️There are a lot of different WAYS to ACTIVATE the PELVIC FLOOR aka PF but also to damage bladder and weaken PF‼️
⚠️Pay attention to all bones that rim the PF like SITTING BONES, TAIL BONE and P***C BONE with muscles that attached the the 4 Bones
1️⃣Step 1
How to find PF 🔑 in sitting 🪑Position or supine 🛏position
2️⃣Step 2
It's all about between Compass North South East West and the 3 PLANES between your 4 BONES
3️⃣Step 3
4 MUSCLES of the work like a FRAME around your picture to keep our PF BALANCED and HORIZONTAL

⁉️What can go WRONG⁉️
PF is like a hammok between Step 2️⃣ framed of Step 3️⃣
Can be
🅰️too weak
Overweight men or women, men w/prostate people w/chronic constipation
SYMPTOMS: Leaking when coughting, sneezing, laughing or running, incontinence
🅱️too stretched out
women who gave more than two births, , people w/weak core
SYMPTOMS Feeling of pressure or fullness in PF or that something is falling out of va**na,

🆘too tight
SYMPTOMS sudden urges to urinate, cannot empty the bladder completely
🆘TO DO release muscles and bones, stretches breathing
