From Midnight Murph to our 9am class, this community showed up with grit, heart, and respect for what this special WOD represents.

Murph is more than a workout — it’s a tradition of sacrifice, remembrance, and pushing through together. Every mile, every rep, and every hard moment is done in honor of those who served and sacrificed.

Memorial Day – Monday, May 25 🇺🇸

We honor those who gave everything for our freedom by taking on the MURPH WOD, a workout named after Navy SEAL Michael Murphy.

What is Murph?
A true test of grit, heart, and perseverance:

* 1 mile run
* 100 pull-ups
* 200 push-ups
* 300 squats
* 1 mile run

(Partition reps as needed. Vest optional.)

Class Times

* 🌙 Midnight Murph (Sunday night into Monday)
* ☀️ 9:00 AM

Why we do it
This isn’t just a workout. It’s about:

* Showing up when it’s hard
* Pushing past limits
* Honoring sacrifice with effort

Strategy Tips

* Break reps early and often (ex: 5/10/15 or 10/20/30)
* Keep the runs controlled—not a sprint
* Stay steady on push-ups (they go fast if you don’t)
* Modify as needed—but don’t back off the effort

The Goal
Be tough. Stay present. Finish with purpose.
