Birch’s Performance Den 2nd Annual $5,000 Community Giveaway
Last year, we started something that meant a great deal to me personally, and I’m proud to announce that we’re bringing it back for another year!
This year, Birch’s Performance Den will once again be giving away $5,000 to 10 local families or individuals, with each receiving $500 to help make the holiday season a little easier.
We started this tradition in honor of my mother, Katie Birch, and in remembrance of the kindness and generosity that people showed her and our family during her illness.
That kindness is something I’ll never forget, and this is one small way for us to continue paying it forward.
I’ve always believed that the success of a business should be measured by more than just what it earns, but also by the impact it can have on the community that supports it. Without this community, Birch’s Performance Den wouldn’t be where it is today.
Nominations will be accepted October 26 – November 15, 2026.
If you know a family or individual who has fallen on hard times, is facing unexpected challenges, or could simply use a helping hand this holiday season, we encourage you to nominate them.
How to Submit a Nomination
Please write a letter explaining who you are nominating, their circumstances, and why you believe they should be selected.
Letters can be mailed or dropped off in person at:

Please provide an address for your nomination so we can distribute the donation to them. If you do not have an address please provide a phone number so we can contact them.
We plan to select 10 recipients and distribute the donations by December 1st.
If anyone else would like to contribute to this effort, additional donations are welcome. Every dollar contributed will go toward helping more people in our community.
