Had a sudden loss of a cousin of mine. He lived quite a ways from me but was a huge supporter of my racing. One of the best guys you could ever meet. I dont ask alot of these types of things but if you could donate a few bucks to help with his expenses id greatly appreciate it. He did not have any insurance set up. Thank You

Alot of good racing is going on this weekend. Please get out and support as much as you can. Especially the open wheel crew at I-75 Raceway this weekend.

Due to an issue at practice we are down an engine and are having it freshend. So we will not be able to make it.

Details on the engine issues we will address at another time.

Drop our engine off from being hurt at a test night at 75 and now open wheels are on the schedule for Saturday. The luck this year is off the charts

‼️Coming up this Saturday, September 5th the Best Plumber 604 Racing Series Presented by Longhorn Chassis invades I-75 Raceway. We have an action packed night planned. We will also be having an open practice on Friday night from 6:00pm till 9:30pm. ‼️

Pit and Tier gates open at 3pm
Grandstand gate opens at 4pm

Pit: $35 adults, $15 kids (6-11)
Tier: $20 adults, $10 kids (6-11)
Grandstand: $10 adults, $5 kids (6-11)

Kids 5yrs. and younger is FREE ANYWHERE!

We went to I-75 last night for a test session to get the car ready for the next handful of races to finish out the season.

We made about 10 laps in 2 different sessions making some changes with what felt was good progress.

Made another change and went out. After about 2 laps I was in the center of the corner and the engine made a few pops like it was loaded up with fuel and dropped oil pressure. Pulled in the pits and it let a puff of smoke out of the valve cover breathers .

Hard to say what went on with it but hopefully it just needs a set of pistons, rings, and bearings.
What it looks like when its apart will be a big determining factor on the rest of the year.
