Labor Day crew showed up and showed OUT. 💪🔥

This morning’s workout was no joke, but the energy, effort, and commitment in the gym were even stronger. It was incredible to see such a big crowd ready to put in the work, push through the challenge, and start the holiday with purpose.

Exceeding your potential comes from choosing to show up every day, especially on the days when it would be easier not to.

Holidays included.

Proud of this crew. Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Keep exceeding your potential.

Happy Monday, P22! 💪

Great job to everyone who kicked off the week by showing up and putting in the work. Every workout is a step toward becoming stronger, healthier, and better than yesterday.

No shortcuts. No easy reps. Just grit, determination, and a community that shows up when it matters most.

Last weekend, Performance 22 took on our own version of the Hyroxx Challenge! And did we leave it all on the floor! Every sled push, every burpee, every meter earned through hard work and resilience.

Proud of everyone who stepped up and pushed their limits. Nothing but pure representation of what Performance 22 is all about.

On to the next one. 💪

Game. Set. Match. 🏓

What a weekend at the Performance 22 Pickleball Tournament!

From intense rallies to unforgettable matchups, the courts were packed with energy, competition, and community.

Congratulations to all of our competitors for bringing their best game and helping create an incredible atmosphere both on and off the court. We’re already counting down the days until next year.

Welp. We pulled up last minute, no perfect plan, just grit and a squad ready to go! The Spartan DEKA Race is no joke… but neither are we.

It was hard....But we kept moving. We didn’t fold. We finished.

For me, this one hit different. First competition in a long time… and after everything I’ve been through, there was real doubt walking in. But we proved something today—no matter where you start, you can still show up and fight.

Proud of this team. Proud of the effort. Proud we didn’t back down.

We’re running it back. 💪
