The season is underway. The goal now is to stay strong through it.

Through our partnership with Victory Performance, Folsom Lake Surf athletes have access to structured in-season performance training designed to complement practices and games while continuing to develop:

⚡ Acceleration and first-step quickness
💪 Soccer-specific strength and power
↔️ Change-of-direction ability
🛡️ Movement quality and physical resilience
🏆 Confidence through consistent preparation

In-season training is adjusted around the demands athletes are already experiencing so the focus stays on productive development without adding unnecessary fatigue.

Training options are available for youth, high school, and college soccer athletes.

Congratulations to Coach Ben Lerch and his U14 Premier I Girls on bringing home the trophy from the Central Coast Summer Classic 2026 tournament down in Pismo Beach this past weekend. The girls went undefeated in the group stage winning 1 and tying 2. Not surprisingly they were tied at the end of regulation in the championship match and won it PKs! Awesome job girls!
