Gotta be able to tie your belt. Even if you're not good at judo, you can at least look the part until you get better.

He stands up slow because he thinks he's done.

But technique is not learned by watching. By doing it once or 5 times. By attending a special 1 hour self defense clinic.

Technique is built layer by layer, after hours and days and months and years of practice.

He's got more to do. And so do you.
