We know it’s a holiday weekend, but if anyone wants to get in the gym with Whitney, she has openings at both 2:00 and 3:00 PM tomorrow (Sunday 5/24). Just shoot us a message, and we will get you on the schedule. She also still has at least one weekly opening if anyone wants to make a weekly commitment.

There will be no training on Sunday 5/3 or 5/10 - we will resume training on 5/17 - we apologize for the inconvenience. Mike does have some openings the next couple of weeks if anyone would like to add a make up session with him. 👍🏽🏀♥️

Whitney has an opening tomorrow 4/26 at 3 PM for beginner/intermediate training - message us to get on the schedule.
Also, don’t forget that openings will be posted on WhatsApp. If you want to be notified in real time via text, sign up using the QR code below. Any opening with any trainer will be posted there starting May 1st. Great for those with busy schedules who want to train on a week to week basis.
