Hi, I’m Chris! I’m an instructor at Precision Pilates!

Known For: A welcoming, inclusive class environment delivered with positive, uplifting energy, where every client feels supported and able to find value in the work.

Off the Reformer: I spend time with my grandson, practice guitar, and enjoy live music—from orchestra and jazz to blues and rock and roll.

Why I Teach: After retiring from a nearly 30-year career in education, Pilates became a meaningful chapter two—an opportunity to continue sharing my passion for movement and wellness. Teaching has always been at the core of who I am. 🤍

And the reason is simple…

Most workouts just add more. More choreography, more weight, more complexity. None of that is bad- as long as there’s a reason behind it.

Pilates refines movement. It changes movement patterns, and if done correctly, it’s meant to feel good. Yes, of course it’s hard, but trust us, your body will literally crave it.

Why? 🤷🏼‍♀️Because we crave to movement that makes sense for our biomechanics, and our brains, and our joints.

At Precision, it’s not just the exercises; it’s how they’re taught. Come see for yourself 😘
