In case you’re new here… we thought it might be time to reintroduce ourselves. 🤍

We’re Nancy + Liz, the mother-daughter duo behind Precision Pilates.

What started with Nancy’s love of Pilates and a passion for helping people move and feel better has grown over the past 25+ years into three studios and a community that means more to us than we could ever put into words.

And while you may see our names behind Precision, the heart of these studios is our instructors. 🫶🏻

They are the ones who bring Precision to life every single day. They know your names, your bodies, your injuries, your goals and probably a good bit about your lives, too.
They teach with kindness, connection, humor, encouragement, and genuine care. They truly represent everything we have hoped to embody as a business, and we couldn’t be prouder of the team we have built.

Over the years, Precision has grown and evolved, but what matters most to us hasn’t changed: creating a place where people feel known, supported, challenged, and excited to keep moving.

Lately, we’ve been seeing so many new faces in Ipswich, Newburyport, and Danvers—and we love it. Some of you have been with us for years (and years 🤍), some just took your first class, and some of you are still thinking about walking through the door.

Wherever you fall, we’re so happy you’re here.

Our home since 2008. There’s a lot of history in this studio and an incredible group of instructors who continue to make it what it is today.

Ipswich is also a little unique. We have four separate rooms. Two large studios for group classes and two private training rooms — giving us the space to offer everything from a full reformer class to one-on-one and small-group training, all happening under one roof.

Different personalities, different teaching styles, and a whole lot of experience but the same commitment to thoughtful movement, great teaching, and making every person who walks through our doors feel welcome ☺️
