Carson Burian Is Next On Progression Posts

1️⃣ started with RunCCG between cross country and track season his senior year. By the end of the spring he was on of the best runners in the country (times were at altitude)
2️⃣ Carson dropped his 1600m by 20 seconds, his 3200m PR by32 seconds, and his 5000m by 37 seconds. All times were at altitude
3️⃣ Carson won 2 individual Utah state titles and helped his team win the DMR. He set a state meet record in the 3200m
*️⃣ Carson just graduated from where he was 🥈 at the SEC Steeplechase, won 2 🏆 SEC Cross Country team titles, and qualified for 2 track and 2 cross country NCAA Meets

Harrison and .media will split week 1 and week 2 working with Andrew to make sure that the fun of camp is captured for lasting memories
