One of these students is nearing 60 with kids headed to college and runs a programming company, the other a 27 year old that is one hell of an MMA fighter. Both can train and have fun together and grow on the mats sharpening their minds and martial arts abilities, and both leave feeling accomplished, rejuvenated, challenged, and healthy. This is how you should train jiu-Jitsu🔺🥋

I want to take a moment to brag about three of my good friends and the newest Triad black belts. I can’t help but shed tears of pride and joy reflecting on my students' journeys to black belt as I am lucky enough to get to tie around a piece of fabric that represents all the blood, sweat, perseverance, and self discipline it took to get themselves to this point.. Each one of these guys is a black belt inside and out, and I feel extremely honored to be a small part of the levels they’ve achieved and their still growing passion for martial arts. Proud to continue to walk the path of the warrior alongside you guys! 🔺🥋
