🚨 Attention Git Fit Members 🚨

We are currently experiencing a software issue. After several hours of phone calls and troubleshooting, it appears that a piece of our hardware has failed. Unfortunately, the replacement part must be shipped directly from our software provider, and we are working as quickly as possible to get everything back up and running.

At this time, I am unable to sign up any new members. This issue may also affect some current members' keycards, and there does not appear to be a specific pattern as to which cards may be impacted.

I understand this is an inconvenience, and I sincerely appreciate your patience while we work through this unexpected situation. This repair requires specialized parts and service, so it cannot be resolved until the replacement hardware arrives.

I will continue to provide updates as soon as I have more information. Thank you for your understanding and support.
