Gaia’s Garden

Gaia’s Garden Hi, I’m Maria, founder of Gaia’s Garden.

With training in herbalism and a passion for natural wellness, I create intentional botanical products and experiences that inspire healing, slower living, and a deeper connection to nature.

Today I’m making Nature’s Pain Relief, a simple herbal blend for everyday aches and discomfort. Passionflower helps calm the nervous system, peppermint provides a cooling sensation, holy basil supports the body’s response to stress, and white willow bark, often called nature’s aspirin, has been traditionally used to support pain and inflammation. 🌿

Nature has always provided some of our greatest remedies 💚

Let’s make a Solar Herbal Infusion! ☀️☀️☀️

Today I’m harvesting fresh herbs from my garden, dandelion flowers, rosemary, peppermint, lemon balm, spearmint, pineapple sage, and sage. Simply chop the herbs, place them in a mason jar with water, and let the sun do the work for 2–4 hours. Strain and enjoy a refreshing herbal infusion packed with flavor and plant goodness!

Did you know that ashwagandha, lemon balm, holy basil, chamomile, and skullcap are herbs traditionally used to support the body’s response to stress and promote a sense of calm?

Our Cortisol Balance Tea Blend brings these soothing herbs together in one comforting cup.

Did you know you can create your own herbal remedy at home with just lavender and oil?

Simply fill a clean jar with dried lavender, cover it with your favorite oil, such as olive, jojoba, apricot, or castor oil, and let it infuse for 30 days. Give it a gentle shake each day to help extract the medicinal properties of the lavender. Once infused, strain the herbs and enjoy your homemade lavender oil!

Use it for massage, dry skin, relaxation, or as a base for your own herbal salves.

🌿 Simple. Natural. Handmade. 🌿
