We are a Personal Training Gym in Crown Point, In that specializes in helping Women and Men of all ages through exercise and nutrition. Coach Steph was over weight and unhappy with her image, she began exercising and changing her nutrition and has lost over 60lbs and kept it off. She understands the struggle of losing weight and keeping it off. She believes in eating real foods and lifting weights to lose and maintain her weight.

A huge ๐—ง๐—›๐—”๐—ก๐—ž ๐—ฌ๐—ข๐—จ to every single person who showed up today and pushed through the Murph workout with us. Whether you finished every rep, modified movements, cheered others on, or simply had the courage to walk through the doors, you were part of something bigger today.

Murph is more than just a workout. Itโ€™s a tribute. A reminder that freedom is never free and that sacrifice was made by brave men and women who gave everything for this country. We do this every year to honor the fallen, to remember their names, their courage, and their legacy.

This workout is hard by design. The fatigue, the struggle, the moments where you want to quit ,thatโ€™s where the meaning lives. It reminds us to be grateful for the freedoms we often take for granted and to carry a little perspective into our everyday lives.

Seeing our community come together today was powerful. Different fitness levels. Different stories. One purpose.
