Thanks to our friends at Station 21 American Grill for bringing you the "Station 21 Player of the Week". Each week, players will be selected from the Majors, A-Minor, and B-Minor divisions to receive the honor of being named Player of the Week AND a Station 21 gift card!

The Players of the Week for the week of 5/26...

Majors Division - Gabe Henderson
Gabe's Coach says, "Gabe had an outstanding week a the plate, getting 5 hits in two games including 3 doubles. He also batted in 8 runs and scored 3 times to add to his stellar defensive play this week."

A-Minor Division - Zach Manley

Zach's Coach says "Zach showed incredible discipline at the plate, drawing 4 walks in 6 at-bats and scoring 2 runs to help fuel the offense. Defensively, he made multiple impressive plays in the field, demonstrating great awareness and confidence. Beyond the stats, Zach’s positive attitude, energy, and encouragement of his teammates make him a valuable part of the team every time he steps on the field. Great job this week, Zach!"

A-Minor Division - Ethan Mast

Ethan's Coach says, "Ethan went 4 for 6 on the week. Ethan had a clutch at bat with two outs and on a 3-2 count, he hit a double to LF to start a rally where our team scored 5 runs that inning. Ethan's leadership helped lead the team to two wins this week."

B-Minor Division - Hunter Panzik

Hunter's Coach says, "Hunter had two big hits this week - a double to tie the game and a base hit to drive in multiple runs. He also made a diving catch in CF and threw it in to 2B for a double play and end the inning. Hunter demonstrates incredible speed on the base paths and is a heads up base runner."

Majors Division - Oliver Highsmith
Oliver's Coach says, "Oliver pitched 4 great innings only allowing 2 runs. He also came in to the game in relief with bases loaded and got his team out of the jam and ended the inning."

A-Minor Division - Landon Salisbury
Landon's Coach says, "I'm nominating Landon in recognition of his exceptional grit and versatility. He is shining in his first season of kid pitch baseball and making an impact on the mound with multiple good starts."

B-Minor Division - Tanner Neese
Tanner's Coach says, "Tanner had a huge bases clearing double that jump started our offense. He got the entire team excited which ignited a comeback win for us."

Crown Point Cal Ripken Night w/ Chicago White Sox

Step up to the plate and join us for an evening of fun & camaraderie with Crown Point Cal Ripken Night June 9th at 6:40pm! Bring your friends and family as we celebrate these young baseball stars for their accomplishments on the diamond.

Included in your ticket purchase is access to a pregame parade around the warning track. All guests participating in the parade will enter the park through Gate 1 on the southside of the stadium by 5:40pm. You cannot access the parade from any other gate. The parade is weather permitting.

The Players of the Week for the week of 5/11...

Majors Division - Gavin Moffit

Gavin's Coach says, "Gavin went 3-5 at the plate with a RBI and 3 stolen bases. Consistent glove as usual at 1st base."

A-Minor Division - Kai Newtoff

Kai's Coach says, "Kai has been a key member of our team. Defensively, he’s played any position he’s been assigned like a pro. Kai has pitched 3 times for us and in 6 innings has issued only 1 walk. Offensively, Kai is near the top of the team for on base percentage and runs. This past week he had 3 hits, 5 runs, and 4 RBIs along with pitching 2 innings and recording all 6 outs in his appearance. As a teammate, Kai is always hoping for the best and celebrates other’s success. Kai has been great to have on the team and looking forward to the rest of the season. Congrats Kai!"

A-Minor Division - Marcus Boss

Marcus' Coach says, "This kid's name says it all! He's a boss!! Marcus has been such a pleasure to coach and have as a role model to everyone on the team. His leadership and ability to maintain composure in the biggest moments has been priceless! Marcus' attitude and willingness to do anything his team asks from him without hesitation or question is just a coach and teammates dream come true. It's safe to say Marcus is the heartbeat of the team! The Boss!!"

B-Minor Division - Sawyer Rudolph

Sawyers Coach says, "Sawyer spread out 4 hits with 4 rbi’s in 2 games at the plate! He also pitched 2 shutout innings and had some stellar defensive plays at SS and 1st base. He continues to bring the energy every game day and is great overall teammate! Congratulations to Sawyer and family!"
