Wishing a very HAPPY 87th BIRTHDAY to a man that inspires us all. If you’ve practiced at Essence, you have taken class with Tim…he rarely misses a day (unless he’s traveling) and he often takes double classes…he’s known for arriving early and doing some yoga (more challenging poses)before the class begins, or taking the heaviest weights during yoga sculpt💪He always wears a smile, shares a story and shines kindness on everyone he crosses paths with.
