I used to be known for physically intense classes. They're still in me (somewhere 😂) but they haven't been in the forefront for months now.
Since getting a home in Mexico, everything has been in transition: physical items of course, but also thought patterns, languages, daily habits and even my emotions. Low flows have been a phenomenal way to stay grounded and feel some level of stability when everything else requires so much effort and flow.
Focused on toning and lengthening muscles of the hips and hamstrings, my latest YouTube class is great for those who want to put in the work while still being gentle with themselves. It's a low flow that ends with invigorating pranayama, so it's grounding *without* putting you to sleep.
