Are you energetic, playful, and passionate about inclusion? We are looking for awesome part-time gym staff members to join our crew and help us create a fun, safe, sensory-safe environment where ALL kids can play and thrive!🌟

What You’ll Do:
Interact & Engage: Play, encourage, and interact with amazing children of all abilities on the gym floor.
Maintain Safety: Supervise gym play to ensure safety and enforce capacity rules so everyone has a positive experience.
Keep it Clean: Regularly reset toys and keep our gym neat, sanitized, and organized during down time.

👋 What We’re Looking For:
Must have both weekday and weekend availability.
Passion and enthusiasm for working with children of all abilities.
Experience in pediatric care or with the special needs community is a huge plus!
Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to make a difference in our inclusive community.

🚨 Training Day with the Boss at We Rock the Spectrum! 🚨

My 9-year-old daughter has officially taken over operations, and employee training just got a serious upgrade.

Here is what our staff is learning today:

Phone Calls: All customer inquiries must be answered with a 10-second vocal solo or a theatrical greeting. 📞🎤

Computer Duties: Typing speed is irrelevant. Emails are now evaluated strictly on emoji usage and digital coloring formatting. 💻🎨

Cleaning Duty: Standard wiping down is out. Sanitizing the zipline and equipment must be performed entirely via choreographed dance routines. 🧼💃
