Some props are available in studio, but feel free to bring anything to make yourself comfortable, pillow, etc. The 108 Studio is located on the second story.

✨ Sound Bath /The 108 Yoga Studio ✨
Come experience a sound bath with me, Bendy Armadillo at The 108 Yoga Studio in downtown Tahlequah.

108 S Muskogee Ave (Second Floor, only stairs available) Tahlequah, OK 74464

No water for this bath—just an hour of deep relaxation as you rest comfortably and are immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.

No reservation is necessary—just come on down! The studio has a limited number of yoga mats and blankets available, but you're welcome to bring a small pillow, your favorite blanket, an eye mask, or anything else that will help you feel cozy during the one-hour session.

Cost: $20

Whether you've experienced a sound bath before or this is your first time, everyone is welcome. There is no movement or yoga involved—just an hour to rest, breathe, and let the calming sounds help you relax and unwind.
