Featuring Conway member Christine Sloan | Sloan Home Inspections 🏡

Our All In. All Local. campaign celebrates the locally owned businesses within our All In Training community and the people behind them. Supporting local starts with getting to know each other!

Today, meet Christine Sloan and Sloan Home Inspections!

Serving buyers, sellers, and investors across North and South Carolina, Sloan provides independent inspections—separate from county inspections. Think of it as a wellness visit for your property, helping you understand its condition and make confident decisions.

Michael started Sloan to share his knowledge, better serve clients, and create a healthier balance between work and family. Christine later joined him, making it a shared mission to educate and support their community.

Their favorite part of being locally owned? Helping people feel at home! They love hearing clients’ stories, recommending local businesses, and staying connected long after an inspection. As a lifelong local, Michael brings knowledge of both homes and the community.

They especially enjoy manufactured home inspections, helping clients and agents understand these homes’ unique structural and financing considerations.

They’re also proud of creating a happy, healthy workplace where their team can thrive and support their families. Their team spans two countries, but they’re one Sloan family. 💛

Fun fact: Their schedulers, Karl and Gizel, are siblings—and they didn’t know that when they hired them! They live hours apart but make an incredible team.

Meet Skipper’s, a locally owned, family auto body shop serving our community for over 50 years! 🚗

For the owner, growing up around the business made carrying on the family tradition a natural fit—continuing a legacy built on relationships, reputation, and taking care of people.

Skipper’s provides collision and vehicle body repairs, whether customers are paying personally or working through insurance. From explaining the process to guiding customers through repairs, they help make a stressful situation easier from beginning to end.

Their customers are friends and neighbors, and the most rewarding part is seeing someone go from the stress of a damaged vehicle to leaving happy and back on the road.

Today we’re celebrating All In member Sean Gibson, owner of Advanced Power Wash LLC!

Sean is a lifelong Myrtle Beach local who started Advanced Power Wash after retiring from the South Carolina Highway Patrol in 2016. What began as a small business has grown into a full-service exterior cleaning company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Grand Strand.
