FINAL PREPARATION FOR MURPH 🇺🇸

Our Murph Workout will be held Monday, May 25th — Memorial Day — to accommodate the availability of the majority of our athletes and allow our community to take on this experience together.

This workout is more than fitness. It’s about honoring sacrifice, pushing through with your team, and showing up with purpose. We can’t wait to share this experience with all of you and see everyone come together for one unforgettable Memorial Day Murph.

We’re fired up to finally put all the hard work, preparation, and training to the test with our upcoming Murph event. This is more than just a workout — it’s an opportunity to come together as a community, challenge ourselves, and share an unforgettable experience alongside each other. 🇺🇸💪

We want as many members as possible to be part of it, so please DM me your availability for either Saturday the 23rd or Memorial Day the 25th so we can schedule the event for the best turnout possible.
