We have a licensed massage therapist on site for regular and hot stone massages.

Mon & Wed:
5:00-5:45 AM - Kick and Hiit
4:45-5:30 PM - Cardio Kickboxing
5:30-6:30. Pm - Speciality Boxing

Tues & Thurs:
5:00-5:45 AM - Cardio Kickboxing

Saturday:
9:00 -9:45 AM - Stretch and Strengthen
