Our mission is to promote running and an active lifestyle within Conshy in a fun, social, no-pressure environment.

We will meet up behind the Conshohocken Brewing - Conshy at 6:30pm as always, go over some announcements, and then head out for our weekly ! All paces, all faces are always welcome! (Pro tip, bring some dry clothes to hang around in in case of a soaking run!) See you tonight!

Come join this Sunday (9/6 8am) for our weekly !

Let’s keep it local this Sunday. Meet at the Conshy Boardwalk (next to the Grande, just uphill from the Cross County Trail intersection with the SRT) at 8 AM. All paces, all faces welcome!

Brunch afterwards at Izenberg’s or Deli on 4th, weather dependent!
