4/29 - NFL Draft Watch Party - The club will be providing pizzas and other light snacks around 7:30pm, Draft starts at 8pm
4/30 (and every Friday) - Kitchen is OPEN! - Stop in for a great meal
5/13 - 7pm - Regular Member Meeting will take place
On a sadder note, the Club would like to offer our condolences after the loss of one of our longtime members, Rudolph "Rudy" Pauline. If anyone wishes to pay their respects, the viewing will take place on Friday, 4/30 at 8:30 Ciavarelli Funeral Home followed by the funeral service.

2021 - Spring/Summer Bocce CBL - Schedule CBL - Standings The 2021 Spring/Summer bocce regular season will run from Sunday, April 11th through Friday, July 16th. Playoffs will take place Sunday, July 18th thru Sunday, July 25th. Good luck to all our bocce players!

Dedication of the Dina DeStolfo Kitchen by her son, Fred DeStolfo, at the CBC on Thursday, April 8, 2021. A very moving moment for all. We will always remember and cherish the memories of Mrs. D.!

A very touching moment at the CBC last night. The club honored a very special part of our club. Dina DeStolfo was honored last night with a special dedication. We dedicated our kitchen to Dina Destolfo with a plaque that was ALMOST as beautiful as this women. Watch the dedication from her son Fred DeStolfo.

Happy New Year! The CBC is happy to announce we are now open for business. Our hours of operation will be :

Monday : 3 - 10pm
Tuesday : 3 - 10pm
Wednesday: 3 - 10pm
Thursday : 3 - 10pm
Friday : 3 - 10pm
Saturday : Noon - 10pm
Sunday : 9am - 10pm

We are still under PA Covid19 guidelines, everyone must be seated at a table and must purchase food with their drinks, you still cannot sit at the bar. Please remember to have a mask on when entering the building and any time not seated at a table. The kitchen will be OPEN for business on Friday nights! Don’t forget to pickup your new 2021 membership cards!

The CBC will be closed to all social members and guests this evening (10/8/20) at 6pm for the October Active/Regular Member Voting Meeting. ONLY ACTIVE MEMBERS ARE PERMITTED AFTER 6pm tis evening. Normal COVID Hours will resume tomorrow.

Hello CBC Members:
There are just a few things we wanted to bring to your attention as fall settles in:

1. THE CBC WILL BE CLOSING TO ALL NON ACTIVE/REGULAR MEMBERS AT 6PM ON THURSDAY OCT. 8th 2020...THE CLUB WILL ONLY BE OPEN THAT NIGHT TO ACTIVE/REGULAR MEMBERS AFTER 6PM FOR THE OCTOBER ACTIVE MEMBER VOTING MEETING. NO SOCIAL MEMBERS OR GUESTS ALLOWED THAT NIGHT. NORMAL POSTED COVID HOURS WILL RESUME 10/9/20

2.TEAM CAPTAINS HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED FOR THE 2020 BOCCE and SHUFFLEBOARD SEASONS. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CAPTAIN TO COLLECT YOUR 2020 LEAGUE FEE FROM THEM. IF ISSUES ARISE PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL OR CONTACT A CURRENT CBC BOARD MEMBER.

3. THANK YOU!!!! TO ALL OF THE MEMBERS THAT HAVE BEEN VISITING THE CLUB WE APPRECIATE YOU! EVERYONE HAS BEEN FOLLOWING OUR MANDATES TO THE LETTER AND THE CLUB IS A SAFER PLACE BECAUSE OF YOUR EFFORTS. THE STAFF, IS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND ON A DAILY BASIS TO KEEP OUR MEMBERSHIP SAFE AND THE FACILITY RUNNING SMOOTHLY. HATS OFF TO ALL OF YOU.

4. COME SEE US! WE ARE OPEN AND FOLLOWING ALL OF THE CDC AND STATE GUIDELINES. FOOD IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE, AND REQUIRED FOR ALCOHOL PURCHASE.

5. PLEASE BARE WITH US AS WE MOVE FORWARD, THERE WILL BE SOME CHANGES TO THE BOARD IN THE COMING WEEKS AND WE ARE STILL ADJUSTING TO THE COVID MANDATES SET UPON US. WE WILL UPDATE YOU AS INFORMATION BECOMES AVAILABLE. WE ASK THAT YOU CONTINUE TO LOOK FOR OUR EMAILS, FACEBOOK UPDATES, AND COME SEE US IN PERSON!

8/6/20 UPDATE:
The board met once again earlier this week to devise a plan for opening the club to all members in a safe and responsible way. It was decided at that meeting that calls would be made to the PA LCB and PA State Police to get clarification on the Governors Mandates and how they affect our club and its licenses. After these conversations it was decided by the majority that theCBC WOULD OPEN STARTING THIS SATURDAY August 8th at 12 noon. The club and its staff will work to ensure that the most up-to-date social distancing practices and CDC guidelines are followed. We are a SOCIAL CLUB but in the eyes of The State OF Pennsylvania, we are A BAR (we hold a liquor license which differentiates us from some other local BOCCE CLUBS). These calls to the state also made it clear that the 2020Bocce and Horseshoe Seasons should not be played. The decision to not move forward with these integral events at our club was not made lightly and was out of our hands quite frankly. We were told that in order to ensure that our CLUB and LIQUOR licenses remain in good standing, we should not be hosting these activities in this phase of the COVID State Mandates. The CBC will be open for both inside seating (at 25%capacity), and outside seating, both with restricted hours (these hours may change as we monitor operations): Sat: 12pm-6pmSun: 12pm-9pmM-F: 3pm-10pm * Drinks will be served only with a meal prepared by the CBC from a very limited menu (no outside food is allowed at this time) and must be consumed on the premises, while seated* Please understand that these are all new changes for the board and the CBC as a whole. We ask that you bear with us as we work through these trying times. We as a board are doing what we can to make the club available to its members and remain this way for decades to come. The CBC will also hold the AUGUST MONTHLY ACTIVE MEMBER MEETING AS SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY Aug 13th at 7pm. This meeting will not look the same because social distancing will be required, but as always, we encourage ALL ACTIVE/REGULAR members to participate. Only active members are to attend these meetings. If you are an active member and cannot attend this meeting but would like your voice heard please ask another member or someone on the board to speak on your behalf at this 8/13/20 meeting.
