Deliver a progressive and aggressive fitness kickboxing program- designed specifically for those who have never done kickboxing before- that will rip 800+ calories an hour off your body by hurling your hands, driving your knees, and launching your legs at a 120lb, 6’ tall heavy bag; building effective combinations and striking sequences rooted in Thai, Dutch, and American Kickboxing that actually work if you ever need them to.

While most people are sitting on the couch, this crew is sharpening their skills, building confidence, relieving stress, and becoming a little tougher every single day.
