A large part of Pride is community - and we are thankful for our "herd." Our SSBL Milwaukee softball community along with our friends from across International Pride Softball are what make the DLC a good time in "The Good Land!"

Step off for Pride 2026 in style! SSBL will be marching in Milwaukee's 21st annual Pride Parade! If you would like to march with us, please fill out the registration form in our bio on Instagram or in the comments on Facebook. We would like to get an estimate of participants.

Join us at the fields as we celebrate our first Community Pride Partner of the season!

This program is all about strengthening connections, giving back, and supporting other non-profit organizations that serve our broader community. Through this effort, we’ll partner with local groups to share space at our games, raise awareness of their missions, and help amplify the great work being done around us.

We’re proud to kick things off with our first partner: Pride Rides Wisconsin (PRW) Pride Rides Wisconsin.

Pride Rides Wisconsin (PRW) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit social and educational organization that creates a safe, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ and LGBTQ-friendly motorcycle riders. Their events not only build community but also support and raise awareness for other charitable causes within the LGBTQ+ community. PRW was founded to ensure LGBTQ+ riders and their allies have a welcoming environment to ride proud — with no barriers to entry and all people (and all bikes!) welcome.

This week (and on select dates throughout the season), PRW will be hosting our concessions at the fields.

We encourage everyone to:

Grab a burger or brat 🌭🍔
Say hello and learn more about their mission
Help support both their organization and our shared goal of giving back
I'm sure they would like to see some bikes as well!

As a reminder, SSBL concessions continue to operate on a pay-what-you-can model. We believe no one should go without a meal or beverage at the field due to financial constraints — we know softball costs and fees can add up, and we’re committed to keeping our league accessible and welcoming for everyone.
