If you have been within a mile radius of River City West on Tuesday nights, you have without question heard a resounding OHHHHHH YEA! break the silence.

That’s our Floggers. The reigning Best Team Spirit holders from the 2025 season. The team everyone loves to play. Vibrant, energetic, and here to bring the vibe: win or lose.

This team has been a proud entry point for all haven’t-played-in-decades and never-played-at-all players for the last 3 years, and it will continue that model for seasons to come. The Floggers, sponsored by Cincinnati Leather, provide a welcome space to all athletes who want to have fun, meet new friends, play some sportsball, and get more connected to the community around them, especially the q***r communities in the greater Cincinnati area.

The Floggers show up, and show out, every single week. Here is but a taste of what you have in store when you meet us in real life. Can we get a oh yea?

This week, we're proud to spotlight a team that shows what our league represents on and off the field, The Rainbow Warriors!

The Rainbow Warriors have consistently demonstrated what makes our LGBTQ+ softball community so special. Their commitment to welcoming and recruiting incredible allies into the league has helped strengthen our softball family and create an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and included.

Beyond our local league, the Rainbow Warriors have proudly represented our city and league at tournaments in Indy and Columbus. No matter where they travel, they bring their competitive spirit and positive energy.

A huge part of the team's success comes from their exceptional managers, KC and BJ Smith. They’ve built a team that loves to have fun and give off positive energy every time they hit the field culminating in a co-championship last season.

Thank you, Rainbow Warriors, for your dedication to our league, your commitment to inclusion, and the pride you bring to our community every time you take the field. We are lucky to have you representing us!

Team of the Week: Clovers 🍀

Now entering their third year in the league, the Clovers have made quite the name for themselves, collecting multiple session championships and proving they’re more than just lucky 🍀 😉. Their success has even taken them beyond our local fields, representing the league at the Big Peach Tournament in Atlanta in 2024!

Whether they’re making highlight reel plays, bringing the energy to the dugout, or showing off their team spirit, the Clovers always come to compete.

And unlike the movie Bring It On, nobody has to steal their cheers - they earned every win all on their own! 💅 🍀
