We’re taking a little studio break while everyone gets back into the swing of things with the first official week back to school!

While classes will be paused, you can still catch us at Sage on August 29 from 1–3PM for our Membership Event — come say hi, learn more about REform, and get set up for your fall routine.

Classes officially resume August 31, and we could not be more excited for September, a busy schedule, and getting everyone back into their routines!

We’re excited to introduce PERFORM — our new athletic-based reformer class designed to help you move better, perform better, and stay in the game.

You’ll start seeing PERFORM on our schedule soon!

Whether you play football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, golf, pickleball, gymnastics, cheer, or any other sport, this class is built to improve:

✔️ Mobility & flexibility
✔️ Core strength & stability
✔️ Balance & body control
✔️ Injury prevention
✔️ Athletic performance

We loved having the Mizzou Football team in the studio and are excited to keep them on rotation this season. 🐯
