🔥ULTRA SPRINT SET🔥: Hot Pursuit.

This one really burns the legs and simulates a 100 freestyle without actually doing the full yardage of a 100 free. It adds in a fun/different concept and is heavy on maintaining the kick throughout the race.

We love this drill!

School’s back — and so is the splash.

Team Triumph is already in the water, swimming strong, having fun, and turning practice into a homecoming moment. That “Let’s swim our way to HOCO” sign might be undefeated.

Team Triumph | MVS Age Group Championships – Lenexa
What a meet for Team Triumph! 🔥

Huge congratulations to Alice Becklenberg on an outstanding double championship performance — claiming 1st place in both the 400m freestyle and the 800m freestyle. An incredible weekend of racing!

Sophia Wieberg made her championships debut in outstanding fashion, placing 4th overall in multiple events and capping it off with a strong 3rd-place podium finish in the 200m freestyle. What a way to announce yourself on the big stage!

Honorable mentions to Phineas and Charlotte Harrington, Tessa Brady, and Will He, who continued their momentum by dropping several new personal bests just weeks after setting previous ones! That kind of consistent improvement is what it’s all about.
Proud of every swimmer who represented Triumph this weekend. Way to go, team! 💪
