TRAIN IT.

If you’re trying to decide to shoot at the moment of the shot, you’re usually too late.

Basketball isn’t just a game of reaction.
It’s a game of probability.

That’s why we train with the riplight.
Red and blue mean go—get to the rim. That’s the plan.
Green? That’s your cue to change course when the plan breaks down.

Get ahead of the game,
so the game doesn’t catch you off guard.

Make your decisions easier…
by making reactions less likely.

6 moves. 1 elimination. 🎮 Harden took out Jones’s whole health bar

Load Step → Inverted Load Step + Inside Out → Inside Step → Bump → Inverted Open Drop → Rhythm Step Back

Save this combo. Name it. Train it.

“When do I use this move?” is the wrong question.

React to every color and you’ve got 3 decisions to make.

But doing what you want isn’t a decision. Deciding what you want is.

Once you know you want to run, running is just the plan. The only decision left is recognizing red: can the defense stop it?

3 decisions → 1.

Recognize the situation. Decide what you want. Make the defense take it away.

That’s how we train decisions with the RipLight 🔴🔵🟢

Send this to a player who’s still asking “when do I use this move?”

Sometimes a player just gets stuck. They’re not doing it on purpose, so losing your patience won’t help.

What helps is having ways and processes to solve the problem with them. Rhythm is often the key that gets a player over the hump.

And don’t think for a second they’ll just figure it out on their own. They’ll often need our help.

This is what 8,000 miles looks like.

Anson flew in from Hong Kong to run point for Dream Loudly International — a roster from 8 different countries. He’s been making that trip to train with I’m Possible for years. None of it came natural. He’s earned every ounce of it.

Euro Steps are everywhere in today’s game - but finding ways to really explore and improve the Euro is limited.

That’s why this series is so valuable. It gives players fresh ways to develop the move, while even matching some of the same characteristics we saw Sengun pull off in-game.

It’s not complicated. You just need to make your process more intentional.

Yes, I wish I shot the ball more. This may be a little controversial, but sometimes the only difference between making the jump to the next level is the shots you’re willing and capable of taking. Just make sure you put in the time to back them up. 🏀
