Emily teaches a killer Yoga Sculpt class every Wednesday at 5:30 PM in our Colts Neck studio and is currently leading FREE Apprentice Barre Classes. 🔥💪

A little about Emily:
Emily grew up playing sports including field hockey, basketball, and lacrosse. After graduating college and moving to New Jersey, she found her passion for group fitness as an outlet from her demanding career as a Prosecutor. That passion led her to become certified in multiple fitness modalities, including Les Mills Body Pump, Core, Body Attack, Yoga, and now Barre.
Her mission is simple: create classes that are challenging yet achievable, leaving you feeling empowered and reminding you just how strong and capable you are. ❤️

As a friendly reminder, we have an 8-hour cancellation policy. Late cancels and no-shows are subject to a $20 fee.

If you’re on the waitlist, please be ready to attend if a spot opens up—even the morning of class. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible.

This wasn't a quick or easy decision but it's one we've made to ensure the long-term sustainability of our studio, our instructors, and the experience we offer you.
