If you get beat out for a job; make sure you are rooting for the guy who beat you out; but also continuously working hard to take the job back.

As a player and parent, it is HARD to navigate what actually works in the player development world.

Remember the first thing in training: consistency is KEY.

It doesn't matter what drill you do, what coach you see, etc. If you aren't training 5-7 days/week, you will never develop into the best player you can be!

It's amazing what consistency will do.

Josh has been working hard over the course of the past 4 years with us! Day in, day out, month after month.

These two pictures were taken almost exactly 3 years apart. The first in January of 2019 and the second, January of 2022.

There are NO magic pills. Gains may come easy at first, but the longer you go into this journey, the harder the gains are to achieve.

If Josh continues on his track and gains 7 mph/year, he will hit 95 mph by the end of his senior year!

The Farm Sports-Lynmar is building out a 30,000 square foot baseball and softball facility with a full-size college weight room. The facility will include a full-size high school infield with up to 11 batting cages. They will be offering training, lessons, facility rentals, winter leagues and much more!
