Most athletes are forced to choose between rehabilitation and performance.

COR1 was built to connect the two.

From injury evaluation and sports rehabilitation to strength, speed and return to sport, athletes can complete the entire process with the same provider and one consistent standard.

We measure strength, power, speed and sport-specific demands because being cleared and being ready are not always the same thing.

If you’re ready to move beyond feeling better and start performing better, begin through the link in our bio.

Follow Matthew Oliver, DPT | Sports Performance for weekly testing, coaching and speed content built for competitive athletes.

Strong hamstrings help soccer players do more than avoid injury, they support faster sprinting, powerful play, and a confident return to the field after a setback.

1. Single-leg RDL: builds strength and control on one leg
2. Reflexive eccentric RDL: prepares the hamstrings to absorb force quickly
3. Nordic curl: develops high-level eccentric strength

Save this for your next training session.

The new COR1 website is live.

COR1 was built for competitive athletes—whether they are working to become faster and stronger, recovering from an injury, or preparing to return to their sport.

The new website gives athletes and parents a clearer look at:

• Speed Lab training
• Strength and sports performance
• Athlete testing
• Sports physical therapy
• Rehabilitation and return to sport

One athlete. A complete pathway.

Baseball players need more than the strength to produce force— they also need the ability to control and absorb it.

Eccentric pull-ups emphasize a slow, controlled lowering phase to build:

- Stronger lats and upper back
- Better shoulder-blade control
- Greater strength through overhead positions
- Improved capacity to tolerate the demands of throwing and swinging

Control the descent for 3–5 seconds. Don’t just drop from the bar.

Strength that you can control transfers to the field.

Consistency creates results.

One great workout won’t transform you—and one bad workout won’t derail you. Progress comes from showing up, putting in quality work, and repeating it week after week.

Every sprint, lift, and repetition adds up. You may not notice the difference today, but stay consistent long enough, and the results will become impossible to ignore.

Keep showing up. Keep stacking days. Trust the work.
